The Coach Practitioner Course
This is an initial coach training course for those who want to become a life coach or use coaching in their work. It is also for those who may have done some coaching, perhaps in a work or voluntary role, who want to formalise their experience through recognised training.
The course consists of 20 taught hours and 16 hours of blended learning, can be completed in 12 weeks, is certificated by the Institute of Leadership and Management, and is approved by the International Coach Federation.
This course is delivered either through web conferencing (internationally) or in person small group sessions at a central London venue or in the workplace.
Introduction to Coaching at Work
This development programme is suitable for complete beginners and is aimed at leaders, managers and team co-ordinators, human resource professionals, and managers who would like to use a coaching approach in team building, appraisal and performance management. It is also useful for mentors who would like to use coaching skills in their mentoring role, teachers and tutors who would like to use coaching skills in setting learning goals and supporting and challenging learners. It also gives consultant and trainers an introduction to coaching skills.
The course consists of 5 taught hours and 5 hours of blended learning, and is delivered as either a one day in-person workshop or two half day sessions. This development programme is recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management . This programme can be delivered either in-house, or at a central London venue.
